　　Adam Wood with Robert Half Finance and Accounting is assisting a leading Software as a Service (SAAS) company with their search for a dynamic and experienced AP/AR Clerk.

　　Job Summary:

　　We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounting Clerk and Collector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for some receivables, payables, and collections processes. SaaS experience preferred. * THIS IS A REMOTE ROLE. 100% REMOTE OPPORTUNITY!

　　Responsibilities:

　　• Collect outstanding debts from customers and clients.

　　• Maintain accurate records of all collections activities.

　　• Process customer payments, including set up of ACH/EFT payments in the applicable banking software. Post and apply payments in the ERP system.

　　• Reconcile customer accounts.

　　• Process accounts payable transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording invoices.

　　• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounts receivable and collections activities.

　　• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely payment processing.

　　• Prepare and maintain financial reports related to accounts payable, receivable, and collections activities.

　　• Assist with other accounting and finance tasks as needed.

　　Requirements

　　High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.

　　2+ years of experience in accounts payable, collections, or a related field.

　　Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

　　Must be organized, flexible, and eager to learn.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel, and Business Central ERP system.

　　Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
