About Bookkeeper - Quick Book Expert

  Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable, self-driven, and experienced Bookkeeper who excels in managing financial records and providing accurate and timely reports. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining our financial records and ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards. As a QuickBooks Expert, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating all financial transactions, reconciling accounts, generating financial statements, and assisting in various financial analysis tasks.

  Responsibilities:

  *Use QuickBooks extensively to record, classify, and summarize financial transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.*Regularly reconcile bank and credit card accounts, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues promptly.*Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.*Generate and analyze various financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.*Collaborate with the financial team to support budgeting and forecasting processes.*Prepare and file necessary tax forms, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.*Maintain orderly and organized financial records, adhering to best practices for record-keeping and document management procedures.*Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy within the financial department.*Provide support for audits by organizing and presenting financial data as requested.*Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.Requirements:

  *Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred, but not mandatory)*Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role*Strong understanding and hands-on experience with QuickBooks software*Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practices*Ability to reconcile financial statements and resolve discrepancies*Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite applications*Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail*Effective organization and time management abilities*Excellent verbal and written communication skills*Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
