  About This Role:

  The Business Operations Coordinator, a pivotal member of the events team, reports directly to the senior manager of event business operations. In this dynamic role, you will contribute to the seamless execution of both live and digital events by providing essential support in various areas, including financial reporting and dashboards, project management, data analysis, and registration management. We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and service-focused individual who can collaborate effectively with the global events team to facilitate informed, data-driven decision-making. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and efficiency of our diverse range of events.

  Job Description:

  Collaborate with internal stakeholders to spearhead effective communication strategies to event attendees, including content creation, execution, and updating of emails using HTML.

  Generate pre-event and post-event key performance indicators (KPIs) reports to identify key business trends, ensuring alignment with event goals, priorities, and objectives.

  Pull data from multiple data sources, including Salesforce.com and Excel spreadsheets to aggregate into reports, dashboards, and business insights.

  Drive improvements in event registration processes to enhance efficiency and streamline the overall attendee experience.

  Provide valuable support to event sales teams through tools, reports, and sponsor registration support.

  Build and manage reports in Salesforce.com and produce weekly/monthly management reports.

  Manage special projects, as needed, by the business to drive performance and decision-making.

  Collaborate with peers in finance, operations, sales, marketing, technology management, and other parts of the business to streamline analytical functions and outputs.

  Job Requirements:

  Bachelor’s degree is required, with a minimum of two years of work experience in a corporate environment.

  Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to simplify complex strategic problems with a structured approach.

  Strong project and time management skills; the ability to set and maintain priorities to meet deadlines.

  The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle a multitude of tasks, and adapt to change.

  Proficiency in Salesforce reporting.

  Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).

  Knowledge of HTML.

  Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  Strong collaboration with peers and all stakeholders and the ability to work across multiple teams.

  The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  Intelligence, confidence, self-motivation, and energy.

  Experience in interacting with clients.

  Desire and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.

  The ability and willingness to travel.
