　　THE POSITION

　　Join our dynamic healthcare team as an RN Nurse Manager for our Float Pool and play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of patient care across various departments. With your leadership, our float pool nurses will excel in adapting to diverse clinical environments, while maintaining the highest standards of nursing excellence. As a steward of clinical governance and a mentor to our versatile team, you will be instrumental in fostering a supportive and collaborative atmosphere that upholds our commitment to patient-centered care. Must have licenses to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina. BSN preferred, required within 5 years of hire date. Minimum of two years of nursing experience is preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required. Certification required within 2 years of hire date, if not currently certified.
