Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Bookkeeper in Greensboro, North Carolina. The primary function of this role will be to maintain and record financial transactions, manage accounts payable and receivable, and perform other clerical tasks to ensure smooth operations in the workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct reconciliations of accounts on a regular basis

• Manage the payment of bills as part of accounts payable responsibilities

• Handle accounts receivable duties including invoicing and collections

• Perform clerical tasks related to human resources and hiring procedures

• Track financial data and transactions using Excel spreadsheets

• Take on special projects as needed, such as transitioning to new CRM systems

• Process payroll, including commission and subcontractors, on a monthly basis

• Assist in maintaining a fleet of trucks, including coordinating oil changes, lease work, and other operations-related tasks

• Handle administrative tasks such as renewing tags, ordering supplies, and other operations-related work

• Use QuickBooks and other software to manage bookkeeping and financial tasks

• Perform month-end close procedures and account reconciliations. Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a bookkeeping role

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience with Bank Reconciliations and general Bookkeeping

• Strong skills in Data Entry and Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with Month End Close and Payroll processes

• Expertise in using QuickBooks software for financial management and reporting

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
