Works under guidance of an experienced staff member. Works closely with department personnel to ensure that correct and complete information is captured for all activities.

　　Assist with processing and documentation specific to transportation of hazardous material, including but not limited to: creating manifests, waste profiling and printing.

　　From the branch, assist local sales and service team members as they complete local and regional hazardous waste projects.

　　Help set-up, organize and maintain the office filing system including confidential data.

　　Assemble and analyze information, prepare reports, manuals, agendas and correspondence

　　Support experienced employees to help them complete the daily technical and non-technical responsibilities.

　　0 to 3 years’ experience.

　　Current or recent enrollment in a graduate or undergraduate degree program.

　　Highly organized and detail oriented.

　　Positive attitude and team player, but able to work in dependently to accomplish goals and objectives.

　　Good communication skills and the ability to take initiative.
