　　We’re hiring a direct permanent Bookkeeper for our client!

　　We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and supporting overall financial operations.

　　Requirements

　　Responsibilities

　　· Record day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, receipts, and disbursements, into the accounting system

　　· Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial records regularly to ensure accuracy

　　· Generate and send out invoices, follow up on overdue payments, and maintain accurate accounts receivable records

　　· Process accounts payable transactions, verifying and recording vendor invoices

　　· Maintain accurate and organized financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards

　　· Prepare financial reports, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets, on a regular basis

　　· Assist in the preparation for audits and collaborate with auditors to provide necessary documentation

　　· Manage and maintain petty cash accounts

　　· Work with other departments to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions

　　· Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency in financial operations

　　Qualifications

　　· Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role

　　· Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices

　　· Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

　　· Excellent organizational and time-management skills

　　· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping

　　· Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team

　　· Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements
