Thank you!Role: FieldTechnicianClient: Retail franchise - gasoline/Convenience stores.Payrate: $24/hr + overtime after 40 hours.Duration: 6-month initialcontract, with the potential for extension/conversion.Schedule: This isa travel position that anticipates 55 hours per week.See below for a typicalscheduleMonday-Tuesday: Onsite installing hardware (6am-6pmonsite)Wednesday: Traveling to a new retail location (1-5 hoursanticipated)Thursday-Friday: Onsite installing hardware (6am-6pmonsite)Saturday: Preparation for the following week (1-5 hoursantipated)You will be provided with the following:Stipend for hotels,food, gas, tools, etc.Company truckPTO accumulates after 90 days.As aField Technician, you will be traveling to select retail convenience storelocations in Denver, CO, and additional select locations around Colorado.You will be handling physical hardware set-up installations and configurationsinside stores, This includes working with all IT hardware and equipment(POS, self-checkouts, credit card reader, computers, installingservers, etc.).Knowledge and Skill Requirements:Valid drivers licenseand ability to pass a Motor Vehicle ReportMust be able to drive for extendedperiods and be comfortable with extended travel(periodic overnight travelaround Colorado will be required at times)Experienced with hardwareinstallation and basic wiring.The ability to show up for work every day and ontime, great average customer service skills, and be able to communicateverbally, written, and electronicallyHardware Break-Fix experiencePositiveattitude.Plusses:Previous commercial hardware installationexperiencePrevious experience in the retail gasoline/convenience storeindustry.CompTIA certificationsEEO EmployerApex Systems is an equalopportunity employer.
