Summary:
The Associate Director, Executive Recruiting is a strategic partner responsible for the comprehensive end-to-end executive search process. This role is critical in identifying, attracting, and securing top executive talent globally to drive business success and meet the strategic objectives of the organization. The role will have full lifecycle recruiting responsibilities and must build rapport with key stakeholders, while becoming a respected talent adviser in partnership with our business leaders and the broader Talent Acquisition and HR team. The incumbent will have a thorough understanding of Regeneron's business strategy, employer value proposition and talent management goals in order to deliver results.
The role is hybrid 3 days onsite, based at our HQ campus in Sleepy Hollow, NY. This role is not open to fully remote-based work arrangements.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies designed to recruit senior executives across global markets
Engage, attract, and assess high-level executives using sophisticated executive search skills
Provide best in class candidate experience for every potential candidate through effective execution and support of the full life cycle recruiting process
Establish and develop effective working relationships with HR business partners and senior business leaders to manage the executive recruitment process with the goal to meet short-term and long-term talent planning and succession strategies
Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise on talent in a competitive landscape.
Think strategically, analytically, and objectively and translate talent data into actionable insights, strategies, and action plans
Be viewed as an expert and key partner to functional business and HR leaders on emerging staffing trends.
Maintain and manage strong relations with high-level professional networks, leverage industry knowledge and research skills to identify key talent
Monitor talent trends and market dynamics to inform our workforce and executive talent search strategy
Demonstrate critical thinking skills, connecting business strategy and talent strategy to support short and long-term business objectives
Build strong, credible relationships with senior leaders, hiring managers and critical stakeholders, operating as trusted adviser and subject matter expert
Experience and Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree preferred, with 10+ years of related experience is required
Proven experience as an executive recruiter, preferably in a global organization, with a track record of successful senior-level placements’; expertise in the Biopharmaceutical industry is required
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with the ability to handle complex compensation packages
Excellent understanding of the external talent landscape
Strong functional expertise including behavioral / competency based interviewing experience and the ability to work through the full recruitment lifecycle
Clear and effective communication skills with creative approaches to stakeholder management.
Proven experience in working directly with Senior Leaders and key external stakeholders
Strong communication, presentation and relationship development skills
Proven success in building and maintaining long-standing relationships with executive level leaders
Demonstrated competence within strategic agility, influencing and organizational savvy

$151,800.00 - $247,800.00
