　　Pay Rate:

　　The pay rate for this job is $18 - $20 / hour

　　What you'll be doing as a Blender II Operator:

　　Must be able to complete all tasks assigned to a Blending I Operator

　　Learn and identify components within the batch record.

　　Complete batch record for the entire production cycle using established cGDP methods.

　　Review and Sign Major and Minor Cleaning Logs.

　　Attend and complete LOTO Training.

　　Attend and complete Confined Space Training

　　Demonstrate cleaning and recordkeeping using established cGMP and cGDP procedures of assigned blenders to include: V blenders & Ribbon blenders.

　　Proficiently calibrate floor and balance scales.

　　Able to stage and label according to established SOP's and cGMP requirements completed product.

　　Available shifts:

　　Shift Timings: 2nd Shift (Evening)

　　Job requirements:

　　Heavy lifting required while working on a ladder.

　　Must be detail oriented and the ability to keep a clean and organized working area at all times.

　　Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English

　　Must be able to safely operate a pallet jack in congested areas.

　　Must have physical ability to work on feet for a full shift, regularly lift and carry heavy containers, and perform all duties of job in a safe manner.

　　All other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager. Willing to work Overtime and Holidays if necessary

　　Background check and drug screen required
