Landscape Laborer - 11 fulltime, temporary, seasonal (H-2B) jobs available 4/1/24-11/21/24.

　　Employer: Josh Lawn Care & Landscaping, Inc., 106 West Main St., Honeoye Falls, NY 14472.

　　Duties: Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Must be able to lift/carry 50 pounds.

　　No education or experience required. On the job training provided. Will accept trainee.

　　Transportation provided at no cost by employer from worker housing (address TBD) to office in Honeyoye Falls and then among worksites.

　　Work hours: Normal work schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:30am-4pm. 40 Total hours per week. Pay rate at $18.49/hour with thirty minute unpaid meal break. Possible OT (but not guaranteed) at $27.74/hour. Work days and shift time may vary with weather.

　　A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made.

　　Employer does not provide Housing. Employer may assist worker in securing housing if desired.Employer required uniforms provided and laundered by employer at no cost.

　　Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

　　H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).

　　Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are $15.46/day without receipts or up to $59/day with receipts.
