Description:

　　Engineering firm is looking for an BIM specialist to add to their growing team here in the Twin Cities. This individual will be working with all departments to create a BIM model and construction documents for multiple different projects and building types. Some of the roles and responsibilities for this individual will include:

　　The standard design of BIM coordination and creating a delivery schedule for each project

　　Develop the standards, process and tools for each project.

　　Majority of this project will be done as design build contracts so this individual will also be responsible for QA/QC standards

　　Maintain a scope for the projects, create schedules and budgets for each project.

　　Working with clash detections

　　Reporting any problems or issues

　　Creating proposals for different projects.

　　Once a project is confirmed this individual will be responsible for project setup and ensure that the digital project setup, cloud services are available, and any support task necessary.

　　Create a presentation for clients for the VDC projects or virtual reality simulations for stakeholders in the project.

　　They will be working throughout the project on the design schedule and budget.

　　Skills:

　　Revit, BIM, Modeling, Construction Documents, Navisworks, Electrical, Revit MEP, Design

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Ideally this individual will have experience working within Mechanical or Electrical design as a BIM coordinator.
