BIM Manager (Revit) - Akron, OH - JOB 24-00032Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 Permanent Position with BenefitsResponsibilities:• Review, evaluate, and if necessary, establish standards for BIM. Organize, create, maintain, develop templates, details, components, and family libraries.• Manage BIM 360 and other associated programs and online management tools.• Coordinate and manage all consultant BIM files.• Take a leadership role in training office personnel on BIM, Revit, and AutoCAD programs.• Assist in the maintenance of the software and hardware systems (coordination with our off-site IT consultant)• Willingness to travel and conduct on-site field documentation.• Ability to put together a complete set of construction documents with the assistance of the project architect.Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.Due to the large amount of resumes we expect to receive only the most qualified candidates will be contacted.
