Title: Facilities Technician

　　Location: Princeton, NJ

　　Hours: Mon-Fri; 8am-5pm

　　Type: Contract to Hire

　　Responsibilities:

　　Will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as painting, support HVAC installations, carpentry etc.

　　Responsible for maintaining the facility, equipment, and instruments to ensure it operates as required.

　　Performs basic Building / equipment routine and preventative maintenance including, but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc. Escalates complex issues to Facilities and Engineering Team.

　　Provide hands on maintenance, repair, and support to best meet business needs.

　　Assist in Housekeeping calls and in-house repairs throughout the facility and grounds.

　　Logs completed service request detail into Work Order Management system.

　　LOTO understanding.

　　Dust equipment, furniture, fixtures,

　　Perform cleaning and painting functions in building.

　　Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting

　　Requirements:

　　Minimum Highschool or GED + at least 2 years on the job experience

　　Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook and Excel)

　　Experience performing basic building / equipment routine and preventative maintenance including, but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.
