Description We are offering an opportunity for a Billing Clerk to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role involves working within the financial services industry, specifically focusing on billing functions, claim administration, and customer service. This opportunity offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Processing and managing customer billing functions using Accounting Software Systems and Microsoft Excel.

• Handling customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner.

• Utilizing ADP - Financial Services and IBM AS/400 for financial management and reporting.

• Maintaining and updating customer records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

• Monitoring customer accounts and initiating collection processes when necessary.

• Managing the application and administration of claims.

• Utilizing Microsoft Office Suites to create reports, correspondence, and other related documents.

• Working collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless financial operations.

• Addressing and resolving any issues or discrepancies in billing processes.

• Ensuring adherence to industry standards and compliance regulations. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is a must

• Familiarity with IBM AS/400 will be beneficial

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites is necessary

• Understanding of Accounting Functions is expected

• Ability to perform Billing Functions effectively

• Experience in Claim Administration is desirable

• Familiarity with Collection Processes is needed

• Excellent Customer Service skills are essential
