　　Position Title: Data Analyst

　　Department: Sales

　　FLSA Status: Exempt

　　Location: Buffalo Grove, IL or Remote

　　Reports To: Director of Product and Service Delivery

　　Position Purpose:

　　The primary purpose of this position is for the design, development andmaintenance of informational dashboards, data, and report development.This position will review data and determine how to solve problems usingdata, learn critical insights about a business\'s customers and boostprofits. Analysts also communicate this information with keystakeholders, including company leadership.

　　Position Responsibilities:

　　Analyze and model structured data using advanced statistical methods andimplement algorithms and software needed to perform analyses.

　　Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, dataautomation systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support keybusiness decisions.

　　Communicate directly with internal stakeholders as well as clients totranslate business/data challenges into reports, insights, and analysis.

　　Ensure dashboards provide real-time, accurate, and relevant insights.

　　Extract, clean, and analyze data from various sources to ensure itsintegrity and relevance.

　　Interprets and analyzes data collected from a variety of sources usingexploratory and statistical techniques, validating findings using anexperimental and iterative approach.

　　Work closely with functional teams to design business intelligence andoperational reporting solutions for decision making and compliancemonitoring.

　　Maintain data accuracy and integrity within systems, performing regulardata hygiene activities.

　　Ad-hoc special projects.

　　Other duties as assigned.

　　Position Requirements:

　　Bachelors degree in highly quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics,Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, orActuarial Science).

　　At least 3 years related experience in business intelligence andanalytics performing increasingly complex data analysis.

　　At least 3 years of proven experience working with data visualization tocreate dashboards in Tableau and/or PowerBI.

　　At least 1 year of experience working with Salesforce, Pipedrive or acomparable CRM system.

　　Strong critical thinking skills and creativity regarding methodology tomeasure business success.

　　Proficient in using tools such as Python, R, SQL, and data visualizationplatforms to manipulate data and create meaningful visualizations.

　　High level understanding of Microsoft Excel, including advancedfunctions and formulas.

　　Specialization or understanding of information systems is necessary.

　　Demonstrated problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-makingskills are key for driving data strategies and supporting companyinitiatives effectively.

　　Proficient in use of spreadsheets and standard cost models.

　　Attention to detail and follow-through.

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential forclear collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

　　Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

　　Ability to perform at a high-level in a remote work environment.
