Description:

　　The Customer Service Technician will be primarily responsible for repairing/calibrating environmental equipment and developing relationships with customers. 60% of work will be technical on the equipment and 40% will be customer service focused.

　　Company rents out handheld environmental testing equipment (air quality, soil sampling, water, etc.) to companies like AECOM, Leighton, Arcadis, etc. The CST will be directly interfacing with those clients and working on the equipment as well.

　　Typical Duties:

　　Calibrating or repairing equipment

　　Data entry on calibration

　　Writing reports

　　Purchasing equipment for repairs

　　Shipping/Receiving

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　MUST HAVES

　　1+ year of environmental experience or working on calibrating & troubleshooting machinery/equipment

　　1+ year of customer service

　　Strong written and verbal communication (technical writing is a huge component to the role)

　　Ability to multi-task

　　Familiarity with basics of Excel and Microsoft Office

　　Willingness to "get hands dirty" while cleaning and calibrating equipment
