This position is responsible for the day-to-day business operation functions for both our broadcast and digital clients. This position is located in Charlotte NC and in office work is required.
Job Responsibilities: Daily program log reconciliations Process weekly and monthly billing Apply Payments Maintain digital client contact information Review digital campaign lines for accuracy, review billing comments and track special billing needs Monitor shared email box and handle sales requestsExperience Requirements:
Broadcast, Digital, AdBook and Wide Orbit experience a big plusQualifications Requirements:
Strong analytical skills, curiosity, and problem-solving skills Highly organized, attention to detail, ability to work with accuracy, follow through and meet deadlines Demonstrate a strong ability to prioritize assignments and projects in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communications skills Ability to operate with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish directivesEducation: Associate's degree in Accounting or Business preferred, or equivalent experienceDiversity Statement:
