The Beverage Server shall serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to customers seated at Gaming Machines or bar areas throughout the gaming facility.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintains complete knowledge of all menu items, liquor brands, beers, non-alcoholic selections, daily special products and services available in the assigned venueGreets guests, takes beverage orders and relays them to bartenders, effectively utilizing the POS system and PLU (Price Look Up) numbers, and utilizing the appropriate Order Call systemMust be able to pass Responsible Service of Alcohol TestComplies with established policies on Reasonable Service of AlcoholWith assistance from the Beverage Manager, assures each individual site is in compliance with WCHs Alcohol Policies and Procedures regarding the sale of alcohol on Tribal propertyEnsures sufficient inventories are maintained to meet the needs of the beverage operationEnsures that all applicable reports are completed in a timely mannerEnsures the physical condition of the premises are maintained in a safe, healthy mannerEnsures that all applicable operating policies and procedures are adhered to at all times without deviation and be extremely knowledgeable of the Minimum Internal Control Standards, Alcohol Policies and Procedures, and Fiscal Policies and Procedures```{=html}

High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within six (6) months from start date as a condition of continued employmentMust be twenty-one (21) years of age or olderSix (6) months related experience and/or training-preferredWillingness and ability to lift and carry 20lbs continuously throughout the dayMust successfully pass job interview, including a guest service auditionMust possess a high level of maturity, dependability, and punctualityAbility to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of Wind Creek HospitalityMust be able to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situationsDemonstrated ability to communicate, in English, effectively both verbally and in writing, and understand and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram formatsMust successfully complete Responsible Vendor Alcoholic Beverage Service, and TIPS trainingMust be able to perform basic mathematical calculationsWilling to travel and participate in training as recommended or requiredMust have a Tribal Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) as a requirement for this positionMust have willingness and ability to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environmentNATIVE AMERICAN INDIAN PREFERENCE IN HIRING POLICY SHALL BE ADHERED TO AT ALL TIMES
