The role is located in Pittsburgh and is eligible for flexible work arrangement.In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:Working directly with Wealth Managers who manage multiple client accounts and will be responsible for providing quality support to the Wealth Managers and clients on a daily basis. Reviewing transactions, inputting trades, processing cash transfers and answering client calls to help with team productivity and quality. Maintaining familiarity with industry regulation, corporate policies and procedures for projects including termination and client support. Helping to resolve highly complex or non-routine issues or inquiries from clients, as needed. Working well in a team concept with multiple, complex client accounts so attention to detail is a must.To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.  Knowledge of investments and/or fiduciary administration is preferred.Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to adopt to firm's digital tools required.At BNY Mellon, our inclusive culture speaks for itself.
