What you’ll achieve

As a Software Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for developing sophisticated systems and software basis the customer’s business goals, needs and general business environment creating software solutions.

You will:

Contribute to the design and architecture of new or re-engineered software environments

Build and review design, functional, technical and/or user documentation, as needed

Apply your skills on programming languages, operating systems; BIOS; Device Drivers; embedded software/firmware; tools and utilities

Apply the knowledge learned from new tools, languages, OS with on the job experience

Apply the skills on cutting edge CI/CD toolsets, such as Atlassian/gitlab/more, Powershell scripts Python, Install Shield/WIX alike

Deliver customer facing products with your prior experience applied

Essential Requirements

8+ years of experience with B.E / B.Tech 6+ years of experience with M.E / M.S / M.Tech.

Programming skills: C++, C#, .Net Framework, .Net Core, WPF, WinUI3. Ability to code/debug and guide others to code/debug flexible, scalable and complex programs, using either written or verbal design specifications

Ability to collaborate with Technologists, architect innovative features, develop Proof Of Concepts (POCs) and contribute significantly to Product Roadmap

Ability to work independently and collaboratively; and make significant contributions during technical brainstorming sessions

Experience working on or leading agile development teams (ideally leveraging Scrum or Kanban) A software development or DevOps automation background is a big plus experience interacting with Product Owners, Product Marketing to help build the User Stories

Desirable Requirements

Deep functional knowledge or hands on design experience with Windows OS Internals, OS resource management, peripheral management are needed to be successful in this position

Familiarity to Agile/Scrum based SW development will be an added advantage
