  Job Description:

  Role Summary/Purpose:

  The successful candidate will support executive audio and video technology/initiatives with a focus on Microsoft Teams, Neat Bar products and AV production of in-person and virtual executive events.

  Essential Responsibilities:

  Provide Executive Audio/Video support including audio, video and web conferencing, webcast, and digital signage for the campus, with a focus on Executive support.

  Participate in the planning and execution of Executive AV and telepresence solutions.

  Provide training on new or established technologies to Executives and their Assistants.

  Provide QA for new technology implementation including A/V hardware, telepresence hardware and applications, while working with vendor partners to integrate solutions.

  Available for after-hours AV support.

  Provide direction and mentoring to L2 support on AV support.

  10% travel required

  Qualifications/Requirements:

  Bachelor's degree and a minimum 4+ years of AV/IT experience OR in lieu of degree, a High School Diploma/GED and minimum 8+ years of AV/IT experience.

  Minimum 2 years of experience working with client technology functions including A/V equipment configuration, and technical troubleshooting.

  Understanding of proper use and troubleshooting of all Synchrony AV tools, including

  MS Teams

  Neat Bar

  Mobile video conferencing

  AV/IT Patching

  Webcast / Video on Demand origination and viewing.

  Desired Characteristics:

  Broad understanding of computing design, improvement, and support.

  Organizational and analytical skills, and ability to navigate complex issues, and achieve strategic goals.

  Self-motivated, flexible, and highly resourceful.

  Strong verbal & written communication skills, with demonstrated experience in addressing senior levels of the organization.

  Ability to prioritize and meet multiple aggressive project deadlines.

  A/V Equipment & Related Technologies - Advanced

  Microsoft Windows - Intermediate

  PC Hardware - Intermediate

  Apple MAC - Intermediate

  Mobile Device Management - Intermediate

  Grade/Level: 11

  The salary range for this position is 90,000.00 - 155,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.

  Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.

  Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

  Eligibility Requirements:

  You must be 18 years or older

  You must have a high school diploma or equivalent

  You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process

  You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

  New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).
