　　Our client, a leader in the Aerospace industry, is seeking a Systems Engineer 3. Must have a Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 7 years of related experience. Must have Knowledge of test program design ( design of experiments, test plan development, validation) and backround in leading a team of engineers. Must come from a regulated industry. Aerospace highly preferred!

　　responsibilities:

　　Learn all aspects of complex systems for technical tasks throughout the system's lifecycle.

　　Perform Technical Lead duties for small and medium-sized product developments, leading engineering trade studies and design reviews.

　　Develop Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) architecture models.

　　Design and verify system modules based on system operational requirements.

　　Troubleshoot root cause analysis of OEM/customer issues in the field.

　　Create and execute system test procedures to verify hardware and software functionality.

　　Prepare and support the design and implementation of automated test procedures.

　　Support and author technical and process-related documents.

　　Assist the Program Office in generating product development schedule and cost.
