　　The Role:

　　The ideal candidate in this position must thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and personnel management skills should be accompanied by a commitment to company values. As our Assistant Venue Manager yourrole will be to effectively manage the bar from rosters, training, ordering and stock controlas well as being across operational details to ensure the smooth running of the venue for its guests and job satisfaction of our team.

　　About you & our expectations:

　　Relevant & proven experience in the same or similar role within a high-end Cocktail Bar

　　Outstanding technical wine, cocktail, spirit and food knowledge

　　Experienced in all facets of bar operations

　　Impeccable attention to detail and presentation skills

　　Excellent communication, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills

　　A positive and respectful style that will set the benchmark for a dynamic team

　　Strong problem solving skills

　　Must be available to work on a rotating roster including weekends

　　Full Australian Working Rights is essential
