Description:
• 3+ years experience in AV Technology industry Installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, servicing equipment, and interpreting system drawings • Help Desk or Customer Service experience, Service Now preferred • Experience in supporting live AV events • Current familiarity with commercial audio visual, video conferencing, and broadcast manufacturers and training: • oCrestron (DMCE-4K, Toolbox, XiO Cloud, CTI-FT, CTI-CTF) • o Biamp Tesira • o Shure Designer, MXA-910, Intellimix, Networking for AV • o QSC QSYS Level 1 • o AVIXA CTS preferred • Color calibration and audio tuning experience • Data Networking training enough to troubleshoot conference technology devices. OSI Layers 1-3 minimum • Strong computer skills including Apple and PC based applications, Office 365 Suite, and collaboration tools. Scripting a plus • Strong organizational and technical writing skills • Strong team player • Self-Sufficient, self-motivated, reliable, and punctual • Excellent work ethic and dedication to scheduled commitments • Professional Business casual attire • Provide personal tools enough to fulfill outlined responsibilities • Provide own reliable transportation Physical Requirements: • Must be able to lift 60lbs • Must be able to crawl under desks to repair cabling issues • Must be able to travel entire building
