　　JOB SUMMARY:

　　The selected candidate should have a thorough understanding of a large-scale human resources department. They will be responsible for assisting the HR team with a variety of duties, including new hire onboarding, orientation, benefits and leaves administration, employee assistance and special assignments as needed. This position also requires someone with strong analytic skills, detail oriented and data driven.

　　PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Assists the department in carrying out various human resource programs and procedures

　　Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database as needed.

　　Helps maintain company organization charts

　　Provides technical support, troubleshooting for the HR team.

　　C raft data into usable reports, track and trend issues, and provide feedback on solutions

　　Maintains complete confidentiality of all HR-related information

　　Continually works with department to streamline processes and workflows

　　Performs other duties as required and assigned.

　　KEY COMPETENCIES:

　　Excellent technical & analytical skills

　　Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite & Advanced Excel functions

　　Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information

　　Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

　　SPECIFIC TECHNICAL SKILLS:

　　Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

　　Proficiency with SmartSheet

　　EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

　　Education:

　　Human Resource Expertise

　　Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
