Duties:- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs- Negotiate pricing and financing options to close sales- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up with potential customers- Conduct cold calling and prospecting activities to generate new business opportunities

　　Skills:- Retail sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry- Bilingual/multilingual proficiency (desired)- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust- Knowledge of inventory control processes and procedures- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and goals- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for both the dealership and customers
