Long term assignment.
Job Description: * *
Provide customer (Certified Technician) technical support through phone or email.
Receive the initial call or email from customer and provide a case number.
Maintain the log of the calls or emails.
Do the technical initial required questions before you can start providing support, using the format established.
Provide technical recommendations based on the “Book of typical questions and answers”.
If the case has not been able to be solved in the first phase, you must refer the case to the Second Level Technician.
Do follow-up with the customer to get satisfaction from the job provided.
Administrative Assistant Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills (English and Spanish)
Computer literacy using current programs.
Technical oriented.
Pass the level I technical skills.
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
Continuing technical development to become Level II and III
