As an Automation Manager at KBX, you will play a crucial role in initiating, spearheading, and overseeing the implementation of business automation processes within the KBX organization. You will be responsible for developing and leading profitable end-to-end automation projects, from conceptualization to implementation and maintenance, while collaborating with key stakeholders to identify valuable opportunities for automation across different business units. You will provide technical expertise in automation technologies, tools, and frameworks while staying updated on emerging trends in automation and recommending the adoption of new technologies to enhance efficiency.

What You Will Do
Evaluate and select automation tools and technologies that best suit the organization's needs and align to KBX architecture principles.Develop an automation strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.Identify areas where automation can bring the most value and prioritizing automation projects accordingly.Design and deploy tailored automation solutions focused on accelerating delivery of strategic business outcomes.Stay up to date on the latest automation trends and advancements.Review opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of automated processes.Implementing best practices and driving innovation in automation initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as IT, operations, and business units, to understand their requirements and implement automation solutions that streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual effort.Lead a team of automation professionals.Providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members, ensuring their continuous learning and development.Monitor the performance of automated processes and systems, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and making necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Experience using Python or Java or C# for automationExperience managing and mentoring a team IT automation professionalsExperience leading and driving company-wide automation initiativesExperience working with the development and implementation of automation through various methods of market leading solutions.

For this role, we anticipate paying $100,000 - $130,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
