　　About the Position

　　We are looking for a Wholesale Billing Accounting Clerk to be responsible for receiving driver documents, verifying accuracy, reporting missing driver paperwork, and entering information into the wholesale billing software system. The incumbent will verify pricing and freight, as well as handling the posting process to the customer’s accounts . The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the petroleum business, as well as some general accounting/bookkeeping knowledge or experience.

　　You’ll report to the Wholesale Billing Manager, working out of our corporate office in Kalispell, Montana, focusing on these key responsibilities:

　　Verify driver paperwork.

　　Enter BOL’s into the system.

　　Generate invoices for wholesale with correct pricing.

　　Receive product into inventory.

　　Submit CSV billing information on various supplier/customer websites.

　　Perform other tasks as directed to support the CityServiceValcon team.

　　Requirements

　　High School diploma or equivalent

　　Experience with computer systems and software

　　Detail-oriented

　　Ability to multi-task effectively

　　Strong written/verbal communication skills
