  The Senior Benefits Analyst will play an integral role in overseeing the development and delivery of Benefit programs and projects within the United States. Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards this individual will collaborate within the Total Rewards and People teams and be responsible for designing, implementing, and administering the organization's benefits and wellness policies, procedures, and programs across multiple states.

  Responsibilities Include

  In partnership with global benefits broker and Director, Total Rewards, design, recommend, implement and manage benefits programs across 30 states.

  Respond to day-to-day employee inquiries regarding their benefits. Develop communication tools to enhance understanding of the company's benefits package for each operating country.

  Serve as primary contact for plan vendors and third-party administrators.

  Manage Open enrollment process for all US employees

  Leave administration (parental, military, time off, etc)

  Document and maintain administrative procedures for benefits processes. Evaluate and revise internal processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency.

  Survey industry trends. Complete benefits surveys, analyze trends and incorporate them into the annual benefits review. Develop specific recommendations for review by management.

  Monitor administrative costs of benefits programs and recommend cost containment strategies, including alternative methods for administration and funding.

  Prepare budgetary recommendations and assist in the monitoring, verifying, and reconciling of budgeted funds.

  Oversee the processing of monthly vendor billings.

  Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations. Ensure timeliness and accuracy of required reporting and filings such as 5500, ACA 1095-Cs, Massachusetts HIRD reporting, etc.

  Cross-train with the Senior Manager Compensation for an ongoing, comprehensive view of Total Rewards at DataRobot

  Qualifications

  Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or comparable experience.

  A minimum of 5 years of experience in employee benefits

  Effective planning and priority setting. Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.

  Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft and Google products; experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms and benefits databases.

  Project and team management/leadership skills and experience.

  Collaborative working style.

  Strong analytical skills and a thorough knowledge of plan designs.

  Ability to understand, evaluate, and make judgments on proposals (RFPs).

  Knowledge of benefits contract language.

  Knowledge of all pertinent federal and state regulations, filing and compliance requirements, both adopted and pending, affecting employee benefits programs, including the ACA, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, Section 125, workers' compensation, Medicare, OBRA, and Social Security and DOL requirements.
