　　Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents Requirements - Desire to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines

　　Licensed attorney

　　Great attention to detail

　　Excellent academic credentials and references

　　Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

　　Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company

　　Civil Litigation Experience experience

　　Strong familiarity with Draft Motions

　　Foundational knowledge in Court Appearances
