　　VCA Laurelhurst has an exciting opportunity available for a full time small animal veterinarian who is looking for a community that will genuinely support your career. Our very active practice is located on the east side of Portland, OR centered in a historic neighborhood that deeply cares about their pets. Our Fear Free dedicated staff fosters an environment of teamwork, mutual respect, and transparency while sustaining a client centered practice. The practice is AAHA-accredited (for over 40 years) taking pride to offer top tier research-based medicine to our patients.

　　This is a 6 doctor practice, with 3-4 doctors present each day providing a strong, fully staffed (including a FT pharmacy technician) support team to allow our patients to have the highest level of a team based approach when needed for unusual pathologies. We provide an elevated level of medicine for our patients and service to our clients, while working toward being as low impact on the environment as possible.

　　The hospital is modern and works as a completely digital practice, and are well equipped with many new units to allow for complete in house diagnostics to be fast and be provided with high quality (Including digital radiology, dental radiology, and ultrasound). Our CVT team is highly skilled and able to provide autonomous anesthesia including ventilation to allow you to focus on your surgical approach for the benefit of your patient care.
