Be a part of the Asset Protection team that is accountable for the identification, mitigation and resolution of eCommerce fraud and related brand protection initiatives. You will assist in managing resolution associated to social media, Call Center and Guest Service security/risk incident escalations regarding Disney’s Retail Commercialization businesses. The position will drive controllable loss initiatives and related Key Performance Indicators, reporting to the Senior Manager, Asset Protection eCommerce Investigations. Be a Part of the Story!

　　Identify and raise exceptions/trends of suspicious internal and external fraud activity.

　　Supervise department efforts to identify abusive guests and/or friendly fraud and related Guest account closure scenarios.

　　Support efforts to identify and implement strategies to mitigate fraud losses.

　　Maintain integrity of the AP Database, and Case Management systems, department case log, keep detailed case records.

　　Support cross-channel critical metric reporting and analysis.

　　Support Law Enforcement liaison efforts capturing supportive documentation, as needed.

　　Support department training efforts for new Guest Service Representatives and AP team.

　　Implement special projects in a highly effective manner with results that drive the Consumer Products, Games and Publishing mission.

　　Cultivate a sense of collaboration throughout the organization.

　　Maintain the highest level of Guest Service both internally and externally.

　　Leads a team of investigators and provides feedback and coaching as needed.

　　It would be a plus if you had these skills…

　　+3 years of experience in a Call Center Fraud (or AP) related capacity

　　Demonstrated attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy

　　Strong Supervisory and multi-project management skills

　　Flexibility to adapt to a fast paced and constantly evolving environment

　　Proficient in MS Office Suite
