About Analytics Associate Manager

  About this role:

  Wells Fargo is seeking an Analytics Associate Manager...

  In this role, you will:The Analytics Associate Manager within the CRM & Workflow Reporting Analytics team will be directly responsible to lead a team of BI team members in developing, building and supporting Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Service Management (CSM) dashboards. This team will support the dashboard/reporting needs for CRM/CSM product teams across businesses/LOBs, marketing execution & process excellence teams, as well as risk and compliance partners and platform owners across platforms like Salesforce CRM, Store Vision Platform (SVP), Tellerview, etc. The types of reporting will include covering topics such as CRM/CSM system capabilities, customer outbound/inbound activities, bank branch employee processes, system platform operations, risk and controls, etc. The Manager will be required to work closely with multiple business partners across CSBB, Risk, Control, Marketing, etc., and various back-office support groups and manage a team of Business Intelligence, Dashboarding and Business Analysis professionals to deliver reporting/analytics and related projects. Manager is also expected to be "hands-on" on critical projects, get involved in design and end-state discussions, as well as handle the data, report building and analytics work directly.Required Qualifications, International:

  11+ years of team management experience that includes progressively increased responsibilities7+ years of experience building Tableau dashboards/reports5+ years of people management experienceStrong comprehension of Oracle, Teradata, Microsoft SQL Server, Tableau and Power BI with proven query development ability using complex data sets from multiple data sourcesStrong people manager with proven experience building, leading, and engaging high-performing, diverse teamsDesired Qualifications:Ability to work effectively in a global team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are importantExperience on operational reporting for CRM/CSM platformsKnowledge and understanding of financial services industryOutstanding problem solving and decision-making skillsAbility to partner with Technology to define and deliver solutionsStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyAbility to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships with business partnersJob Expectations:Posting End Date:
