  ​This job is a member of the Revenue Accounting Team within the Finance Division.

  ​Responsible for reporting and analyzing data related to travel agency processing, operations and fees, as well as assisting in identifying process improvements

  What you'll do

  Provides in depth analysis of processing volumes, including issue identification and root cause analysis

  Develops dashboards and reports to summarize and communicate operational metrics

  Works closely with internal teams to coordinate resolutions on production problems, cost reduction initiatives and reporting/policy/fraud issues

  Builds consensus with other internal departments such as Sales, aa.com, Information Technology, Legal, Cobrand, and Marketing

  Serves as a liaison to the Payment product delivery team related technology projects

  Assists with transaction level processing such as rejects and exceptions

  Provides in depth analysis of processing volumes, including issue identification and root cause analysis

  All you'll need for success

  Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or other relevant field or equivalent experience/training

  3 years related work experience in similar field/position

  Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  ​Master's or other Advanced degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/trainingSkills, Licenses & Certifications

  ​Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. (in-depth knowledge of Excel is required)

  Thorough knowledge of Alteryx and SQL preferred

  Willingness to take initiative and ownership

  Ability to logically structure analysis of complex issues and develop solutions to business problems and operational challenges

  Ability to create process documentation

  Ability to manage multiple relationships and projects, prioritizes opportunities, and take initiative towards achieving common goal

  Outstanding organizational skills

  Able to build relationships and interact productively with various departments and all levels of management

  Work in a team environment as well as be successful independently
