Job Summary:

　　This position needs the candidate who can take responsibility for G/L, Will base in Xi'an or Shanghai.

　　In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

　　1.Responsible for period end and year end accounting closing schedule.

　　2.Manage monthly closing of financial records, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations.

　　3.Responsible for monthly/quarterly/yearly supplemental reporting as well as ad-hoc requests for financial information.

　　4.Coordinate various audits i.e. statutory audit, SOX audits, internal control review, operation review etc.

　　5.Assist in tax preparation and filing requirements.

　　6.Oversee other accounting function clerks and responsible for review accounts and make any necessary adjusting entries.

　　7.Assist various departments in accounting issues and queries.

　　8.Support management proactively with timely and effective account analysis and reconciliation.

　　For This Role, You Will Need:

　　1.Bachelor degree or above with major in Accounting/Finance.

　　2.Minimal 3 years’ accounting experience, GL experience is preferred.

　　3.Knowledge of an ERP system, Oracle experience is preferred.

　　4.Good team work and collaboration.

　　5.Good organizational and prioritization skills.

　　6.Good Excel, PowerBI, English and communication skills.

　　7.Can work independently with minimum supervision, self-motivated.

　　8.Possess good problem-solving abilities, with lots of initiative and drive.

　　9.Have a strong sense of internal control and a keen eye for details and process improvements.

　　10.Occupational Health and safety acumen.
