JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing thedaily operations of their commercial paint branch, making sure it runssmoothly and effectively. This includes managing all aspects of branchoperations, including scheduling, customer service, marketing,merchandising, inventory, financial reporting, and safety. You will alsomanage, develop, and motivate branch employees as well as developbusiness strategies to meet goals and increase sales in a competitivemarketplace. In this position, you will grow the company\'s market shareby selling to wholesale customers. This position\'s typical schedule is48 hours per week, which may include evenings and/or weekends. Developbusiness strategies to increase sales and optimize profitability Meetsales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedbackto store employees Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction throughexcellent service Build and maintain knowledge of all products to ensureeffective customer recommendations Build positive relationships withwholesale customers Complete branch administration Ensure compliancewith policies and procedures including safety, loss prevention, andsecurity Maintain outstanding store condition Provide accurate andtimely reporting as required Manage employee training, development,performance management, and corrective action Respond to and resolve anycustomer and/or employee complaints Make outside sales calls to increasemarket share Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) yearsof age Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employmentwithout needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or inthe future Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver\'s License Must haveat least a High School diploma or GED Must be able, with or withoutreasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floorstacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. onoccasion Must have at least one (1) year of experience in leadershiprole(s), supervising others, or leading teams Must have at least one (1)year experience working in a retail, sales, or customer service positionPreferred Qualifications: Have previous work experience selling paintand paint related products Have work experience using timekeeping and/orcustomer relationship management...
