Job Description Summary

　　• The Aero Joint Venture Data Analytics Specialist will be responsible of support process mapping and redesign initiatives as well as partnering with DT and Functions in designing tools to support smooth operations and execution improvement. He / She will keep the Business Performance standards as well as tracking and reporting out the Metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) of the Aero JV.

　　Roles and Responsibilities

　　Ability to work with large volumes of data.Adhere to department policies, procedures, and control expectations.Ability to gather, compile and analyze data.Work with Quality department to correlate scope of work routers and Skill Matrix task to be able to align both initiatives .Assist in improving routers and work scope/router compliance or other shop documentation • Proactively help improve processes and assist in developing procedures and work instructions when needed to sustain the process improvements.Perform other related duties as assigned.Able to prioritize tasks.

　　Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software, Management Information Systems, Engineering or a related fieldKnowledge in advanced analytics tools / Strong coding skills e.g., Java, Python, C++, or otherProven experiences in data analysis (internship or work experience)Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, SQL) to produce ad-hoc data analyses and presentations.Analytics skills and data driven mindset such as competence in KPI's and bowler creation and maintenance, process mapping and redesign, VSM)
