The Admissions Registered Nurse supports the interdisciplinary team by providing education, assessment documentation, and initial contact to patients and families being admitted to Hospice or Palliative Care.

　　Shift: Tuesday to Saturday 10:00 AM -8:30 PM

　　Position Qualifications:

　　2 years of prior skilled Registered Nursing experience required

　　An active, unencumbered state RN license

　　Current driver's license and auto liability coverage

　　CPR certification, a copy of TB Results, a copy of an updated physical

　　Hospice or Home Health experience required

　　Must have a reliable car for transportation
