CACI International Inc. has an immediate opening for an Administrative Support Specialist located at Ft. Belvoir, VA.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Join CACI in Support of the U.S. Army Deputy Chief of Staff, G-6 (DCS, G-6) to integrate the Army’s technology/network modernization to deliver timely, trusted, and shared information for the Army and its mission partners. The candidate shall provide technical, operational, administrative, and staff integration services to the Network/C4 Services Integration Directorate and senior leadership.
More About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Aid with staff coordination, planning support, technical analysis, solution/policy development, and independent assessment/analysis of Army initiatives and other collaborative efforts.
Develop, maintain, and use key points of contact across the Army and the commercial IT industry to support DCS, G-6 in dissemination, tracking and coordination of Staff Actions, contact lists and daily operations as required.
Coordinate with a team of both internal and external multifunctional personnel to advance key actions in support of Federal, Joint and Army IT priorities.
Telephone and Calendar Management, visitor screening, coordinate senior leader travel and reimbursement, prepare reports, disseminate leader priorities and deadlines, and monitor compliance. Possess an intermediate to advance level of understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite including Office 365 and Teams. Experience with SharePoint and office management/productivity tools is a must.
Proactive, timely, and extremely fast at problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
Experience in working with military and senior leaders (in a technical executive or staff integrator role).
Prepare documents for review and presentation to senior leaders, committees, and the Community of Interest.
Manage a group/distribution email list, calendars, and other correspondence.
Organize and prioritize a daily workload to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
Possess and maintain military, analytical, and technical skills necessary to review data sets, conduct analysis, and propose solutions to meet deliverable deadlines.
Provide SME input in response to senior leader’s information requirements.
Gather, develop, share, and effectively use knowledge for assigned functional areas in support of DCS, G-6 activities.
Maintain functional area content, records, and disseminate DCS, G-6 information and documentation.
Develop, maintain, and use key points of contact across the Army to support DCS, G-6 staff action management.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Currently hold an Active SECRET Clearance (no waiver).
Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years of work experience with similar roles and responsibilities
Ability to manage and translate complex information into rapidly actionable “recommendations.”
Executive-level time and calendar management expertise; ability to proactively manage a dynamic calendar.
Ability to review Flag-level documentation for completeness, coherence, timeliness, and compliance
Coordinate flag-level travel and speaking engagements; proficiency with Defense Travel System (DTS).
Collaboration ability; proficiency with MS Office, Skype for business, MS Teams, SharePoint.
Leadership ability: bring teams together to achieve results.
Advanced verbal and written ability.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
1 to 4 years of HQ Department of the Army Experience
Understand latest Information Technology trends and developments.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Pentagon/Ft. Belvoir Staff experience and functional awareness.
Task Management ability; proficiency with Task Management Tool (TMT).
Work on-site at the Ft. Belvoir, VA.
