As an Administrative Service Rep. you will be answering incoming customer calls, listening to their concerns, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. CSRs handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries, 100 - 200 calls daily. The CSR position also provides excellent customer service through active listening.Other responsibilities include:
Handle a large volume of inbound and calls in a timely mannerFollow communication scripts and use knowledge of the companys products and services to go off-script when necessaryIdentify customer needs, research issues, resolve complaints, and provide solutionsMaintain ownership of calls throughout the lifecycle of a callers request, including follow-ups with escalation teamRecommend improvements for systems and processes to boost organizational efficiencyEssential Functions:
