Description:

　　Quality inspection of all salt grade products and material operation processes on the manufacturing floorMagnet inspection, documentation, distribution, collection, and reviewRoutine magnet and scalping screen HACCP inspections including routine measurement of HACCP program magnet strengthLabel, lot numbers, product appearance, and weight checks per SOP guidelines

　　Quality control testing of all incoming raw materials, in-process products, and finished products in the lab.Prepare chemical reagentsTitrations, pH testing, specific testing associated with salt analysisCalibration of laboratory equipmentMaintain laboratory cleanliness and housekeeping

　　Responsible for all quality documentation of lab notebooks and computer entryAssist Quality Manager with the generation, review, and revision of SOPsAssist with internal auditing of the facilityProvide testing assistance for in plant troubleshooting related to foreign material events or salt issues
