We are seeking a talented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in our Wilkes-Barre, PA Office .

Responsibilities:
Create and format proposals, estimates, correspondence, tables, reports, permits, presentations, and other documents
Maintain electronic project files, organize correspondence and account information
Coordinate office functions and client-related meetings and functions
Coordinate and finalize travel arrangements including, rental vehicle, hotel, and air travel
Operate and maintain standard office equipment including computers, copiers, and plotters
Responsible for postage and shipping, ordering supplies for the office and field staff
Ensure professional and welcoming interactions via phone, email, and in-person
Collaborate with Project Managers and staff to ensure all project requests and deadlines are met
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
Assist Human Resources with the onboarding of new staff
Provide phone coverage
Helps to maintain customer relationship manager Customer Relationship Management system
Provide facilities management support by coordinating with landlords, contractors, and vendors, etc., as required
Qualifications:
A High School Diploma is required
Associate degree a plus
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience
Proven ability in keyboarding skills, note-taking, and transcribing
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Good time management skills
Must be able to pass a background check
