　　Qualifications:

　　Must be a graduate of business-related course.

　　With at least 3 years of work experience in banking operations.

　　Analytical and with strong attention to detail.

　　Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Responsible for pre-processing, processing of transactions.

　　Review applications and relevant supporting documentation based on local regulations.

　　Verifies routine vouchers, input monitors, reports and other important documents processed by the staff.

　　Co-signs and jointly authorizes Manager's Checks and Deposit Certificates in accordance with the signing rules/limits.

　　Verifies signatures in applications, checks and other documents submitted by clients.

　　Approves payment instructions.

　　Observe strict compliance to established bank policies and regulatory requirements.

　　Actively participate in department, branch projects related to operational efficiency.

　　Prepares necessary reports as applicable.

　　Performs effective end-of-day activities.
