General Production worker

　　52400 Shelby Pkwy, Shelby Township, Michigan, 48315, United State

　　Description:

　　Candidates will be next to the operator and inspecting the parts. This will be both visual and gage inspection- no/go gages. They will then package the parts for shipment to customer. Will also be responsible for cleaning station and odd jobs if machines are down. This requires attention to detail and potential assembly

　　They are working a new 2-3-2 shift. It is 12 hour shifts. The scheduled will work 2 days on, 3 days off, 2 days on EX: (mon - tues ON, wed - friday OFF, sat-sun ON) and then next week they will work (mon-tues OFF, wed-fri ON, sat-sun OFF) REPEAT.

　　8 months or more for job tenure, along with no gaps and bad reasons for leaving

　　manufacturing exp 6 months at least

　　Work Environment

　　Transform is a brand new large, clean, well ventilated and bright facility. They currently have three shifts. They have CNC machines, press machines and Automated assembly lines. Fuji cnc machines and They have a a front and back of the building. Currently the back is not being utilized but once they open it up will mirror the look of the front. They have about 8 bays for Trucks to come in and out. 150 employees and 30 lathe machines

　　No smell inside the facility, is loud inside, but can hear if standing next to the person talking.
