　　The Specialty Product Manager is responsible for generating new revenue in a specific, design-focused equipment segment. Our segments include Pump, Power, Trench Shoring and HVAC . The SPM will work both internally and externally to build relationships and solve complex equipment applications for our customers within a given market.

　　Job Requirements:

　　• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

　　• Must have previous outside rental or retail sales experience in at least (1) of the product segments

　　• Must be people-oriented, aggressive, sales driven and a team player

　　• Must be exceptionally self-disciplined

　　• Possess excellent customer service skills

　　• Maintain a professional business appearance at all times

　　• Must be able to build prospects and business relationships

　　• Cold-calling and job site calls are required

　　• Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite, smartphones, and tablets

　　• Previous experience of preparing professional sales presentations and quotes for customers

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　• A Bachelor’s degree is a plus

　　• 2 years of business to business sales experience in Construction Equipment and/ or Construction related field is preferred

　　• Previous experience working in the construction equipment industry is beneficial

　　• The ideal candidate will not be a party to any agreements that restrict their ability to perform work for H&E in the assigned area

　　The pay range for this position is $120k to $130k, salary plus bonus. The final wage will be determined based on the individual’s skill, knowledge, and ability.
