　　Location: Mesa

　　Shift: 4 10hr shifts

　　Pay: $23hr - $26hr

　　Description:

　　Frame out flooring, walls, ceilings, and roofs for modular residential homes

　　Measure and cut various types of lumber

　　Install hardware such as hangers, bolts, nails, fasteners, etc.

　　Install floor joists, subfloors, and ceiling joists

　　Install ladders, head outs, and insulation

　　Skills:

　　Framing, Carpentry, Wood frame, Framer, Finish carpentry

　　Experience reading blueprints

　　Knowledge of building codes and requirements

　　Bilingual - spanish

　　Experience Level:

　　Intermediate Level
