　　Required Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individualmust be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. 　　Must have one year previous experience.Current licensure in the state of employment as a Registered Nurse.Current CPR Registration.Maintenance of required CEU's.Good problem solver with abilities to make independent judgments utilizinginitiative, discretion and the nursing process as needed.Demonstrates leadership ability.Effective communicator with staff, families and outside agencies.Ability to prioritize duties.Clinical competence to utilize the nursing process to perform physical andcognitive assessments of residents.Ability to utilize computers and other electronic devices for tasks such astimekeeping, in-servicing and documentation.Must be a team player.Must be willing to work for a facility that is following infection controlprecautions and regularly testing for COVID-19; the vaccination is requireddue to company policy and state healthcare regulations.Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
