About Administrative Assistant 3

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant 3 in Carrollton, Texas. The job function for this role primarily involves providing high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests, and performing various clerical functions. Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of office duties, including ordering supplies and maintaining management systems.

• Assist in the preparation of various documents such as invoices, reports, letters, and financial statements.

• Efficiently manage corporate documents, records, and reports, ensuring they are well-organized and easily retrievable when necessary.

• Handle incoming correspondence, including sorting and distributing faxes and emails.

• Prepare responses to routine inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Use computer applications like Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to perform tasks.

• Conduct research and handle information requests.

• Maintain confidentiality in managing customer information and other sensitive company data.

• Manage time effectively while working independently.

• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking abilities, and customer service skills. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Superior customer service skills

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Experience in office functions and administrative duties

• Familiarity with financial statements and basic bookkeeping

• Proficient with office equipment such as fax machines and photocopiers

• Ability to manage records and file systems effectively

• Skilled in preparation of invoices and responses

• Knowledge of various computer programs

• Ability to conduct research efficiently

• Experience in distributing faxes and photocopying/scanning documents

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with 'About Time' software

• Proficient in managing correspondence

• Understanding and experience with conductivity

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
